- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of your conversations and transactions with customers.
- Customer Retention: Help keep our customers happy and encourage them to renew their policies.
- Compliance: Follow company rules and legal guidelines when handling renewals.

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- No English required; you can communicate in the language you are comfortable with.
- Only a mobile phone is needed for the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
