**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement Management**:

- Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services required for electrical projects.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet project deadlines.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for better pricing and delivery terms.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Cost Control**:

- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Monitor and control the procurement budget while maintaining quality standards.
- **Inventory and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the store team to manage inventory levels and avoid shortages.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure all purchases meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and availability of materials.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
- Knowledge of electrical materials and components is a must.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
