We are seeking a proactive and confident **Telecaller** to join our team in **Andheri, Mumbai**. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, sharing details about our services/products, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into appointments or sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective leads.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and responses.
- Follow up with interested leads to convert them into clients.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support campaign goals.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Minimum education: HSC or Graduate.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work from **Andheri, Mumbai**.
