Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and **results-oriented Sales Executive** with at least one year of experience in cheap ticket sales within a travel agency. As a Cheap Ticket Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling cost-effective airfare options to our customers, while providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. Your goal will be to **exceed sales targets**, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our agency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable cheap ticket options.
- Utilize your knowledge of the travel industry, airline promotions, and pricing strategies to offer the most cost-effective solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain **strong customer relationships** to ensure **repeat business **and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth ticketing and reservation processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and changes in travel regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively seeking out sales opportunities and upselling additional services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cheap ticket sales within a travel agency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, and booking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in ticketing and reservation processes.
- Proficient in using travel software and computer systems.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
