Key missions of the position:
Preparation of AMC bills with supporting documents to realize the payment on time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collection of Joint Note and CCR report for LHB coaches and reconciliation of the same on every month
- Prepare/validate Labour Invoices with joint note before 10th of Every Month for timely submission of bills.
- Preparation of AMC Bills for LHB and providing the same for submission along with all supporting on monthly basis before 25th of consecutive month.
- Preparation of AMC bills for E-70/IRAB/Air Dryer and submission along with supporting documents on regular basis within 15 days of invoicing.
- Maintain Record for CCR (with Joint Note), Bill Submission and its movement on daily basis, collection with our Invoice details, railway bill format duly signed by railway and our representative and copy of M book wherever we signed, Joint note pending statement etc.,
- Support removal of non-collectables such as GST-TDS deduction, IT-TDS, GST- Diff, LD and other deductions like recovery, etc. and keep the accounts receivables as only collectables.
- Support for follow up with Regional team for realization of SD and EMD deducted and retained by railways
- Promote principles of 5S in good housekeeping of the department.
- Actively implement total quality systems as part of compliance to company’s policy (IMS/IRIS)
- Performing any other duties which the company may reasonably require.

Education/Training Commerce Graduate preferable
Professional Experience
At least two to three years of relevant industry experience must. Overall 4-5 years experience required.

Understanding of contractual requirement/Business: Intermediate
IREPS/IRWCMS operation: Intermediate
