- Key missions of the position:

- Contract Review, Customer Communication, Order Execution, Picking List Clearance & Dispatch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Main responsibilities:

- Contract review on receipt of PO’s to be done in specified formats with all the stake holders and seek amendments wherever required.
- Order entry in M3 & OMS
- Send order acceptance to customer for clear orders.
- Correspond with customers for amendments to purchase orders, DP extension.
- Entering Forecast orders in M3 monthly once
- Provide management information in orders received, orders where DP have been expired/received, backlog report etc.
- Consolidate the pending orders, order booking and share to the team
- Co-ordination for inspection, picking list & despatch of materials.
- Cross functional discussion with SCM, QAD and ensure sales.
- Promote principles of 5S in good housekeeping of the department.
- Actively implement total quality systems as part of compliance to company’s policy (IMS/IRIS)
- Performing any other duties which the company may reasonably require.

- What education and education level are necessary for the position?_ The position should have Commercial /Engineering back round with product knowledge.

Professional Experience: How many years of professional experience in a specific professional area are required for the position?
- Should have 10-15 Years of Experience on contract review, order execution. Should have very strong interpersonal skill & collaboration.
