**Job Responsibilities:

- **

Over all plant and office maintenance activity

Installation and commissioning of machines
- Implementation of Preventive Maintenance plan as per schedule
- Implementation of planned Break down Maintenance
- Responsible for safety audits, safety meetings and safety related activities.
- Providing safety tools for employees --PPE
- Maintenance & records of Firefighting equipment.
- Spare Parts purchase & inventory control
- Vendor development for machineries and allied components. Compliance to Statutory requirements as per Factories act.
- Monitoring daily activities of utilities such as DG, Transformer, Boilers, compressors, tools, small machines etc.
- Maintain the Inspection report as per Checklist for equipment.
- Housekeeping activities & Power consumption monitoring
- Liasoning with external agencies conducting AMC’s

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS**
- Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems by adopting structured methods like time study, Kaizen
- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.Ensure appropriate maintenance of machines
- Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.
- Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
- Advise on corrective actions. Ensure projects are completed on time.
- Work with equipment designers and manufacturing personnel to develop a cost-effective and working production process.
- Ensure financial budgets are followed.
- Research and purchase new manufacturing technology & raw materials in consultation with superiors.
- Assessing safety requirements and ensuring that these are integrated into the process

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance Executive: 4 years (preferred)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
- Project Executive: 3 years (preferred)
- Process improvement: 2 years (preferred)
