As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads to support our overall marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media channels.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve visibility and ROI.
- **Social Media**: Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and drive engagement through strategic social media campaigns.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including design, sales, and product, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in the development and management of digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- **Strategy Development**: Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and identify new digital marketing opportunities to drive growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
