As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing projects from online platforms. Your role will include identifying potential clients, writing compelling proposals, and converting inquiries into successful engagements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other platforms.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
- Communicate with international clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams (design, development, marketing) to align proposals with deliverables.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business.
- Maintain client communication throughout the bidding and onboarding process.
- Track project pipelines and maintain records in CRM or tracking tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and bidding targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with IT services (web/mobile development, software solutions, SEO/SMO, etc.).
- Ability to write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience with tools like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, and CRM systems.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of project lifecycle in IT services.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA).
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines consistently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
