**Profile - Design Engineer**

Qualification - B.Tech - mech.

**Experience - Min. 6 + yrs (3D module of conveyors, SPM machines, packaging machine and part assembling) (must knowledge of solid work 3d, auto cad 2d)**

Salary - Upto 3 LPA

**Location - Ghaziabad, UP**

**Develop detailed 3D models for conveyor systems, SPMs, packaging machines, and assembly parts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.**

Create accurate and efficient designs that meet specific project requirements, adhering to industry standards and safety guidelines.

Work on parametric modeling, ensuring that design changes can be easily modified and implemented.

Prepare technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics based on the 3D models.

Generate detailed BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure they align with the design specifications.

Maintain documentation for all design revisions and updates, ensuring easy traceability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize designs for new equipment and modifications.

Create prototypes and simulate the functionality of designs to verify that they meet project requirements.

Use SolidWorks or AutoCAD simulation features to test for strength, durability, and efficiency of the parts or assemblies.

Software Proficiency: SolidWorks and AutoCAD expertise, including 3D modeling, simulation, and technical drawing capabilities.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with standards and requirements for conveyors, packaging machines, and assembly systems.

Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct design flaws to ensure functionality and reliability.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing designs.

Communication Skills: Clear communication to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
