We recently launched a new start-up. It’s a web PaaS Platfrom for learning, digital marketing services and app development. We’ve had a tremendous opportunity ahead of us selling to USA customer base as well as SMEs worldwide.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Generation professional to take the lead in growing this new segment of our business and well-rounded Digital Marketer for PaaS startup.
- You need to have the ability to work in a “startup mode” and a fast-paced office culture. We’re an established company, but the our team needs to be thinking startup (try new things quickly, learn, try again).
- You must possess the ability to do great work and advance your projects without being micromanaged. You’ll be a marketing department of one (with a great team around you), so you need to be flexible and confident across marketing roles
- You should have experience marketing to use based small business customers in each stage of the buying cycle: from prospecting, nurturing and closing the sale
- You’ll be responsible for lead generation. You need a strong understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey - analytical skills focused on a prospect’s first engagement through to conversion

**Qualifications**
- Disciplined and hands-on with the proven ability to generate traffic and leads on priority
- Excellent Expertise in creating and managing PPC campaigns with Facebook, Adwords, Retargeting, etc.
- Campaign and ROI analytics background
- Experience with a USA based campaigns or company with USA market customers
- 2+ years experience in SME B2B sales and marketing
- English fluency

**Salary**: ₹2,00,00 LPA (starting)
