**Full Stack Trainer (Freelancer)**

**Required Skills**:

- MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN Stack)
- Next.js for server-side rendering and performance

- Deployment, CI/CD, and Load Balancing Techniques
- System Design Basics (scalability, caching, DB sharding, etc.)

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in full stack development and backend microservices
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS preferred)
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**
- Conduct engaging live training sessions on MERN Stack, Java Microservices, AWS, and System Design
- Deliver real-world insights and code walkthroughs to enhance learner understanding
- Adapt teaching styles for beginner to intermediate learners

**Curriculum Development**
- Assist in designing structured course content, slides, coding assignments, and project cases
- Ensure content reflects current industry standards and tech advancements

**Hands-On Learning & Mentorship**
- Guide learners through coding labs, projects, and real-world implementation
- Provide 1:1 support, doubt clearing, and technical mentorship

**Assessment & Feedback**
- Create meaningful quizzes, code challenges, and evaluation tools
- Offer detailed, constructive feedback to drive learner growth

**Staying Technologically Updated**
- Stay current with the latest updates in MERN, Spring Boot, cloud services, and architecture trends
- Incorporate best practices and cutting-edge tools into training material

**Soft Skills & Collaboration**
- Foster a positive, interactive, and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, accessible language
