**THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver structured and interactive training sessions on:

- **Front-end**: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js
- **Back-end**: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or equivalent
- **Database**: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- **Version Control**: Git, GitHub
- **Deployment**: Basic DevOps, CI/CD, cloud deployment (Heroku, Vercel, AWS basics)
- Develop and update course content, assignments, and real-world case studies
- Conduct live coding sessions, debugging practices, and assessments
- Provide timely feedback and personalized mentorship to learners
- Keep the curriculum aligned with current industry trends and hiring expectations

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 1+ year of professional experience in full stack development
- 1+ year of experience in teaching/training (preferred)
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end stacks
- Strong command of Git, APIs, and web security fundamentals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage learners of diverse technical backgrounds

**FREELANCE TRAINER FRAMEWORK**
- **Type**: Freelance / Contract-Based Engagement
- **Mode of Delivery**: Online / Remote (Live Virtual Sessions)
- **Batch Duration**: Minimum 2 to 3 hours per day, scheduled based on mutual availability
- **Commitment**: Trainers should be available for continuous support throughout thebatch duration, including project guidance and doubt-clearing sessions when needed
- **Start Date**: Immediate or as per upcoming batch schedule
