Join **7vachan**, a platform that simplifies wedding planning by connecting clients with top-notch wedding service vendors like photographers, entertainers, makeup artists, mehendi artists, and more. We are on a mission to make weddings as seamless as they are memorable, and we need a skilled **Sales Executive** to help us achieve this vision.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors such as photographers, entertainers, makeup artists, and mehendi artists listed on the platform.
- Onboard new vendors and align them with the platform's goals to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors to resolve queries and foster long-term partnerships.
**Lead Closures**:
- Handle client inquiries and manage leads effectively, ensuring smooth communication and quick follow-ups to convert them into bookings.
- Understand clients' requirements for wedding services and recommend the most suitable vendors based on their preferences and budget.
- Guide clients throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless experience until booking success.
**Revenue Generation**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings of wedding services listed on the platform.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and revenue goals..
**Collaborative Growth**:
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the visibility of vendors and improve lead generation.
- Gather feedback from clients and vendors to improve platform offerings and services.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in **sales**, **client management**, or **business development**, preferably in the wedding, events, or hospitality industry.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills** to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a focus on long-term collaboration.
- Strong negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- **Work Location**: Office-based (6 days a week).
- **Timings**: 10 AM to 7 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
