**Position Summary**: The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet specified quality standards and compliance requirements during the manufacturing process. This role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials and products to identify any defects or non-conformities, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and customer specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) and testing equipment to assess product quality.
- Perform visual inspections and dimensional checks to identify defects or deviations from design specifications.
- Review and verify product drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance.
- Record inspection results, document any non-conformance, and report findings to the production team or supervisor.
- Monitor the production process to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Perform in-process and final product inspections before shipment or distribution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) to resolve any quality-related issues.
- Ensure that inspection records and reports are properly maintained and accessible for audits and reviews.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality control process.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in quality control or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Proficient in using measuring tools and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and report findings effectively.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to machinery, noise, and other industrial conditions.
- May require standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks related to inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,496.08 per month
