**Job Description - Resident Medical Officer (Casualty & Ward)**
- 12 Hrs Shift (8 AM to 8 PM) & (8 PM to 8 AM).
- 4 Days work and 3 days off.
- Provide round-the-clock medical care and emergency management in the casualty and inpatient wards.
- Assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment for patients under the supervision of senior consultants.
- Monitor patient progress, maintain accurate medical records, and update treatment plans as needed.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
- Participate in clinical audits, training sessions, and continuous medical education programs.

Pay: ₹16,791.79 - ₹72,894.95 per month
