**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all packing activities during the night shift to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure proper line clearance, batch start-up, and line operations as per SOP and GMP standards.
- Monitor packing line performance and minimize downtime through proactive planning and issue resolution.
- Verify batch records, labels, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all personnel follow safety, hygiene, and EHS guidelines at all times.
- Maintain adequate inventory of packing materials and coordinate with stores for replenishment.
- Conduct in-process checks for quality parameters and coordinate with QA for approvals.
- Train and guide packing operators and helpers to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Report shift performance, downtime, and manpower utilization to the Production Manager.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm with **3-6 years** of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations.
- Sound knowledge of **GMP, SOPs, and pharma regulatory standards.**:

- Hands-on experience in **blister, bottle, strip, or carton packing lines.**:

- Strong leadership and team-handling skills with the ability to manage night shift manpower effectively.
- Detail-oriented with good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine and process issues efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to **regulated environments** (USFDA, WHO-GMP, MHRA, etc.).
- Familiarity with automated packing systems and labeling machines.
- Knowledge of EHS and line clearance protocols.

**Salary**:
