Are you a dynamic digital native with a passion for content, strategy, and growth? We're looking for a **multi-skilled professional** who can take ownership of our brand's social presence and marketing strategy.

This role merges **social media management, digital marketing**, and **content writing** into one powerful position and we're searching for someone with the **vision and drive** to lead a small team of creatives and make our brand _go viral_.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Lead the Social Media Strategy**:
Develop and execute end-to-end strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to grow audience and engagement.
- **Create & Curate Engaging Content**:
Write compelling content for social media posts, captions, carousels, stories, and reels.
Create content calendars in coordination with a graphic designer and editor assigned to you.
- **LinkedIn Content Development**:
Write professional, brand-aligned content for LinkedIn posts — a **big plus** for this role.
- **Collaborate & Lead**:
You’ll work closely with an in-house graphic designer and video editor. You will **lead** this trio to ensure high-quality, timely, and viral content is produced.
- **Digital Marketing Execution**:
Handle basic paid campaigns, performance tracking, SEO-ready content, lead generation funnels, and drive **measurable results**.
- **Community Management**:
Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with our online community. Make sure our brand voice is active and responsive.
- **Drive Sales Through Content**:
Your campaigns and posts should not only bring views but also **convert** to leads and sales. Performance matters.

**Who You Are**:

- Strong grasp of social media trends, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Skilled in writing clear, creative, and result-oriented content.
- Proactive leader who can take initiative and work independently.
- Understands how to analyse data and improve content strategy accordingly.
- Comfortable managing creatives (designers/editors) and getting the best out of them.
- Bonus if you’ve managed or worked on paid ads, lead gen campaigns, and growth marketing.
