**Experience Required**:

- Experienced - 2 to 4 years required

**Qualification**:

- BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field( Its Advantage)
- CISCO certified / CWNA or BCNE training (Advantage)
- Audit, Processes, and Procedures with Documentation (Its Advantage)

**Responsibilities**
- Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in-house servers
- Managing **Firewalls and Networks**
- Assisting users with support for general office 365
- Setting up laptops and desktops as required
- Keep an eye out for needed updates
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by the end-user
- Define network policies and procedures
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
- Should have strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Radius Server, Switching, VLAN, VPN, Antivirus, MS Office, Firewall, and MS Teams.
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
