JOB DESCRIPTION REMARKS
Translating customer requirement into the product & process requirement
Analysis of quality issues & its resolution
Handling customer complaint
Readiness and qualification of the Manufacturing plants in Customer Audits for Serial production
Leading DCL team in External customer audits, Statutory and qualification of Manufacturing Plant as per recommended guidelines
Practice D-M-A-I-C (Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) for quality issues, issue test performance & take appropriate actions,
Updating all departmental master documents in line with customer requirements
Internal audits, process audits, product audits
COPQ monitoring
Periodically representing KPI/KRA data to management,
Periodic visit to customer & Supplier end for quality improvement
Equipment calibration review
Complete responsibility of Lab testing of new and ongoing cables with Acceptance Testing, Type Testing and Routine testing
Part of APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)team for development of new cables
Training and directing the team towards learning and practicing SPC (Statistical Process Control), 7 QC Tools, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis), PPAP (Product Part Approval Process)
Daily review of P-Q-C-D-S (Productivity, Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safe Working Environment) parameters on daily basis and actions where targets are not met
Attending CFT meeting for APQP of new cables and tasks based on APQP Master Plan & Timelines this includes preparation of PFD (Process Flow Diagram), PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP’s, Visual Aids, Master Samples, Validation reports, performing PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), etc.)
Support Production in resolving any line issues of the previous days
System documents implementation in line with recommended guidelines
Actions closure timely sent to customer and getting approval from Customers
