**Job Profile**:
As a Yoga & Meditation Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting yoga sessions and meditation practices tailored to the needs of individuals and groups. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve balance, relaxation, and improved health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct yoga and meditation sessions, including asanas, pranayama, and mindfulness techniques.
- Design personalized yoga and meditation programs based on clients’ health conditions and goals.
- Educate participants on the benefits of yoga and meditation, aligning with Ayurvedic principles.
- Foster a calm and supportive environment to enhance participants’ experience.
- Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners to integrate yoga and meditation into holistic treatment plans.
- Stay updated on yoga practices and wellness trends to ensure effective instruction.

**Requirements**:

- Certification as a Yoga Instructor from a recognized institute.
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic principles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and guide participants.
- Experience conducting group or individual sessions is preferred.
