Our company is seeking a skilled Document Formatter and Designer to join our Compliance Crew. The primary role of this position is to create, format, and design professional Word and Excel documents, as well as create fillable forms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and format Word documents to ensure they are visually appealing, clear, and easy to navigate
- Create Excel documents and spreadsheets to organize and present data effectively
- Develop fillable forms in Word and Adobe PDF format to streamline data collection processes
- Collaborate with the Compliance Crew to understand document requirements and deliver high-quality results
- Ensure all documents adhere to company branding guidelines and industry standards
- Maintain and update existing documents as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, specifically in creating fillable PDF forms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Excellent design skills and understanding of layout principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and incorporate feedback
- Experience working in a compliance-related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
