**Role and Responsibilities**
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
- Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams.
- Determine training needs both for individuals and teams.
- Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they face on the job.
- Advice salespeople how to upsell, add-on sell, cross sell products.
- Observe how salespeople and store team interact with customers to identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum, report, scores and material.
- Monitor key performance indicators and achieve continual improvement on store KPI.
- Analyse and provide feedback on sales performance and trends to the Regional trainer, suggesting improvements.
- Role model exceptional customer service, ensuring staff and team maintain high standards of customer care.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience as a Retail Trainer.
- Open to travel and visiting retail, SIS, and Trade stores, as needed
- Excellent communication and Facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms and classroom trainings.
- Education - Graduation in Retail Management or Fashion management is an add-on.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
