The Digital Training Facilitator at ITI is responsible for delivering high-quality digital training sessions to students and professionals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise of IT, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:

- Conduct digital training sessions, both live and recorded, covering a range of communication English, basic maths, Life skills
- Utilize various digital platforms and tools to facilitate interactive and engaging training.
- Adapt training delivery to suit diverse learning styles and technical proficiency levels of participants.
- Provide technical support and guidance to participants before, during, and after training sessions.
- Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest digital training tools and technologies.
- Integrate new tools and technologies into training programs to enhance learning outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during training sessions.
- Conduct evaluations and gather feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience digital education, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital training tools such as LMS (Learning Management Systems), video conferencing software, and e-learning modules.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi, English and Gujarati (preferable), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
