**Job description**:
**Core Accountability**:

- Deliver Architectural Vision, Roadmap and documents detailing how Azure will support Application Architecture
- Be able to create Solutions that has DevOps approach
- Solutions to follow Security and Compliance Standards

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Create Proof-of-Concepts to demonstrate solution viability
- Should have knowledge of other Architectural areas like Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Databases
- Experience working in multiple Domain - Logistics, Insurance, Retail, HealthCare Expertise
- Understands the functional requirements and can translate it into technical design
- Produces quality code for assigned development tasks
- Collaborate with immediate team, Enterprise Architecture and other technical teams to ensure implementations meet design specifications and adhere to established standards
- Adhere to agile software development guidelines (continuous integration, code reviews, code quality, iterative, unit testing, system demos etc.)
- Help with triaging and fixing defects for the planned releases and production

**Experience and Skills**:

- 10+ years of working expertise on Windows Azure Platform / MVC, Computing (Web Role, Worker Role), AppFabric Services (ACS, Caching, and Service Bus) and Storage services (table storage, blob storage, Drives) and Scaling
- working expertise in Azure / MVC development toolkit, Deployment and TFS.
- Development experience with MVC, C# and.NET framework
- Development experience with ASP.NET, jQuery, Ajax, Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript and windows scripting.
- Development experience and solid concepts of MVVM principles with extensive hands-on expertise in KnockoutJS, AngularJS, RequireJS, Bootstrap, CSS3, HTML5
- Development experience in WCF, LINQ and Web Services
- 'Experience with SQL, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, Views using MS SQL Server
- Experience with custom SDLC processes such as code versioning, packaging, test driven development (TDD), continuous integration, test automation, code analysis and code quality metrics
- Experience with Agile development methods and practices
- Ability to lead and conduct technical evaluations and design sessions.
- Solid C# and SQL development experience, debugging skills, code performance tuning, general trouble shooting skills and understanding of development frameworks and integration techniques.
- Experience with automated testing, performance tuning tools preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers and Clients alike
- Provide consultation on best practices and implementation strategies to the client
- Ability to trouble shoot various deployments and installations
- Create appropriate solution design documents
- Participate in various client sponsored prototyping and company specific Pre-Sales activity
- Will work well in close collaboration with onsite & offshore team
- Weekly reporting to Senior Management and client stakeholders
- Participate in competency building through interviews
- Ability to prioritize, track and execute on multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
