Responsibilities:
Support Computer Lab operations.

Support teachers and students to use computer software and hardware.

Extend assistance towards computers and printers’ support.

Respond to queries of students and assist them to use computers and peripheral equipment.

Manage laboratory software and hardware to ensure security.

Handle lab equipment to provide keyboards, monitors and mouse.

Ensure secured and authorized movement of equipment.

To maintain log of equipment damage and malfunctions.

To maintain log of lab usage and usages of papers.

To maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the lab.

To review and handle minor equipment maintenance to assure its operational condition.

To ensure virus protection as per cyber policy.

To ensure the regular updates and maintenance of computers.

Generate Award lists of students

Create Result sheets of allotted classes and take print of final Report cards.

Create Attendance sheets of allotted classes for exams.

Printing of question papers / Circulars and other automation

Generate new MOODLE IDs and passwords for new students and coordinate with the Moodle Incharge at HO.

Upload documents on Moodle

Result Analysis and creating summary for Classes XII and X with teachers Incharges

U-DISE and OASIS work

CBSE work on Harkara Portal

Compilation of Monthly Activity Report

Prepare BOG Report

Prepare Report for Annual Day

Prepare documentation work of CBSE /NEET / MVVP/ATSE Exams offline and online.

Filled all forms regarding the awards and nominations

Make PowerPoint Presentations when as required.

Pre-school admissions work off-line and online on DOE portal

Work assigned by Principal / Vice Principal and Incharges

Authorities:

- To ensure that no student leaves the lab without permission

To ensure that no student damages the hardware of the lab.

To ensure that no student damages the software of the lab

To make sure that no one takes anything from the lab without permission.

To ensure students do not bring eatables in the lab.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
