Provide strategic direction and leadership to the cath lab team, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Supervise all cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Train, and evaluate cath lab staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction, conducting regular audits and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of cath lab equipment, coordinating with biomedical engineering and vendors for timely repairs and upgrades.
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels while optimizing cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, including cardiology, radiology, and nursing, to streamline patient care pathways and ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Provide ongoing education and training to cath lab staff on best practices, new technologies, and procedural techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Any other work assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- 1.Diploma and more in cardiac technology.

2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiac catheterization lab, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

3.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

4.Proficiency in cardiac catheterization procedures, equipment operation, and sterile technique.

5.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance principles.

6.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
