**Job Role**: Customer Service Reprentative

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-Site)
- Managing the end-to-end journey of a customer from order placement to fulfilment to post
- sale service
- Documenting necessary customer service information along with insights on customer behavior and preferences
- Liaising with other departments such as logistics and operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Contributing with ideas and suggestions on continuously improving the overall efficiency of various departments for customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Good Communication Skills
- 0-1 year of experience in front end, customer service, or retail experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
