**Location: Nariman Point, Churchgate, Mumbai**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Property Search & Report Creation
- Gather all relevant details of the property from online portals, land records, or registrar sites.
- Maintain and update property details in Excel, structured clearly by property ID, owner name, location, etc.
- Prepare the Search Report accurately with historical data and current status.

2. Understand the Loan Context
- Know the purpose of the loan (e.g., home loan, Resale, Balance transfer, mortgage) to tailor the report accordingly.
- Include specific observations or concerns that may affect loan approval. 3. Online Property History Tracking
- Search and record the chain of ownership, transaction history, and any legal encumbrances.
- Ensure timelines and legal transitions are clear and traceable.

4. Document Verification
- Verify title deeds, sale agreements, encumbrance certificates, tax receipts, and any mortgage/loan-linked documents.
- Ensure all documents are genuine, complete, and current.

5. Daily Coordination with Banks
- Regularly coordinate with bank officials regarding pending documents, clarifications, submission statuses, and keep track of which bank each case relates to and their documentation formats.

6. Support to Legal Team
- Assist the Legal Team with data, document access, and on-ground verification when issues arise.
- Flag any discrepancies to the Legal Team immediately.

7. Client Report Maintenance
- Keep a centralized tracker or folder system per client.
- Log each update, document received, call made, or report generated.

8. Reporting to Management:

- Share daily or weekly summary reports with the management team, including properties searched, pending issues, completed verifications, and any alerts or exceptions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
