
Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and engage potential customers for PLS and control panel solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Technical Consultation:
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions using PLS and control panels.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Coordinate with the engineering team to propose customized solutions.
Sales Operations:
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Customer Support & Relationship Management:
Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely solutions.
**Requirements**:
Education**:B.Tech in Electronics or related field.**
Experience: [Specify] years of experience in sales, preferably in PLS, PLC, control panels, or automation.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Programmable Logic Systems (PLS), PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control panels.
Familiarity with electrical wiring, circuit design, and automation technologies.
**Skills**:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
