**Job Title: Resource Coordinator (Localization Projects)**

**Location**: On-site (Udaipur)

Are you passionate about language and project coordination? We are looking for a **Resource Coordinator** to help drive the success of our localization projects In this role, you will assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing linguists and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and timely project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in recruiting and onboarding top-tier linguists and vendors for localization projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date vendor database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support vendor evaluations with a focus on quality and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure prompt project and service delivery.
- Communicate project requirements clearly, setting expectations and providing guidance.
- Tackle vendor-related issues efficiently, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Monitor vendor compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Collect and analyze vendor feedback to enhance future collaboration and processes.
- Collaborate with the procurement team on managing contracts and agreements.
- Stay current with vendor management best practices by participating in relevant meetings.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in vendor management or localization is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have a personal laptop (mandatory for this role).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
