**Job Role -**Electrical Planning Engineer (Transformers Design and Purchasing)

**Location -** Noida Sector 62

**Salary -** Up to 40k

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer specifications and bid document and define design parameters for the design of the electrical components (transformers).
- Use optimization techniques and design electrical components to minimize total evaluated price.
- Ensure that the designs meet Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), Department of Energy (DOE), state DISCOMs, BIS and other government statutory bodies.
- Prepare sales quotations for by selecting the best designs and making sure all the accessories meet customer specifications
- Update existing designs to optimize for minimum total evaluated price. - Support sales engineering and senior design engineers for resolving front end design related issues - Create bill of material and update the MRP system
- Standardize products to reduce SKUs and support supply chain in cost reduction projects - Create and update wiring diagrams in AutoCAD - Work with quality engineering to generate and maintain technical documentation.
- Work on corrective and preventive actions for workshop issues.
- Should have well versed knowledge of all transformer equipment and raw material used in manufacturing process and should have market knowledge to purchase the same.

Knowledge/Skills Required:
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering required
- 2 to 5 years experience in electrical/power/transformer design is preferred
- Sound knowledge of electrical design optimization process
- Proficient in AutoCAD for preparing electrical schematics and wiring diagram
- Experience in working with MS office and ERP systems and quality management system
- Motivated and self directed individual
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Production/Industrial
- Should have good purchasing skills.
