**Selected person’s day-to-day responsibilities include**:
**1. Demonstrate proven proficiency in UI/UX design or a related capacity.**

**2. Showcase a robust portfolio reflecting a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and strong visual design skills.**

**3. Utilize design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Material.io, Figma, or InVision to excel in creating user interfaces.**

**4. Collaborate effectively with developers, leveraging knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.**

**6. Utilize usability testing methodologies and user research techniques to inform design decisions.**

**7. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.**

**8. Present and communicate design concepts and rationale effectively, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills.**

**1. Someone who has 2-4 years of experience in recruitment.**

**2. Someone who has an extrovert personality and has good communication skills.**
