**Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design**
- Conduct **user research, wireframing, and prototyping** to define intuitive user experiences.
- Develop and maintain **design systems and style guides** to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into **user-centric designs.**:

- Use **Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools** to create interactive mockups and high-fidelity visuals.

**Frontend Development**
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, and efficient **frontend code** using **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.**:

- Ensure **cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.**:

- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Continuously enhance website speed, usability, and visual quality.

**Collaboration & Innovation**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design and technical goals.
- Stay updated with the **latest design trends, frontend technologies, and best practices.**:

- Bring creative ideas to improve overall **user engagement and design innovation.**

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of proven experience** as a **UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer** (agency or product background preferred).
- Strong proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one frontend framework** (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Expertise in **UI/UX design tools** - Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong understanding of **responsive design, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.**:

- Experience with **version control (Git)** and working in **Agile/Scrum environments.**:

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **motion design, animations (Lottie, Framer Motion, GSAP)** or **micro-interactions.**:

- Familiarity with **WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.**:

- Basic knowledge of **backend integration (REST APIs, JSON).**:

- Understanding of **SEO-friendly frontend practices.**
