Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation and Execution:
2. User-Centered Design:

- Conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously refine and improve design solutions.

3. Tool Proficiency:

- Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe XD to create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
- Stay current with design trends and tool updates to ensure the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.

4. Agile Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders within an Agile framework to ensure designs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to provide design input and adapt to project requirements.

5. Portfolio Development:

- Showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in both UI and UX design, highlighting successful projects and problem-solving capabilities.
- Provide detailed case studies and explanations of your design process and decisions.

Qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a UI/UX design role, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and accomplishments.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
- Agile Environment: Experience working within an Agile development environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
