**Responsibilities**

**Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Telecallers may be responsible for answering calls from customers and responding to their inquiries, as well as making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

**Providing Information and Assistance**: Telecallers should be able to answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, and company policies. They should also be able to assist customers with problems or issues they may be experiencing.

**Resolving Customer Complaints and Concerns**: Telecallers should be able to listen to and understand customer complaints and work to resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner.
