**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator (Only Female)

**Job Summary**

The **Sales Coordinator** will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, managing client communication, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and the internal sales team for order processing and follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales reports.
- Track sales inquiries, follow up on pending quotations, and support timely order closures.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics and accounts team for dispatch and payment follow-up.
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, agreements, and correspondence.
- Support the Sales & Marketing department in administrative and coordination tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or back-office sales support.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**; experience in **Tally or ERP systems** preferred.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking abilities** with attention to detail.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
