We are looking to hire a **Customer Relationship Executive **who will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Patient Interaction: Handle semi-voice interactions with patients and doctors, providing guidance through treatment plans, answering patient queries, and managing appointment bookings.
- Data Management: Accurately update and process treatment journey data, ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Documentation Review: Verify patient documents and manage planning requests for doctor approvals related to bonding and aligner attachments.
- Compliance: Ensure that all interactions and documentation meet both regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with patients, doctors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates, follow-ups, and resolutions to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate fresher or HSC with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English is required; knowledge of additional languages like Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering patient-centric solutions.
- Adaptability to changing processes and environments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
