**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate & manage customer claim handling for global Danfoss regions, including:Ensure Claim Registration into SAP - IQOS
- Manage and track Global Customer Claims with 8D, including by having periodic claim reviews with corresponding supplier plants
- Ensure complete problem solving for each claim
- Support deployment of Lessons Learnt Cards (LLC) whenever necessary
- Report Customer Quality performance on a monthly basis
- Secure QPR with both suppliers & Customers
- Deploy QIP for continual improvement.

**Background & Skills**:

- 5+ years in production and quality environment
- Experienced with ISO/TS16949 quality tools
