**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer/Client/client inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers/Clients regarding our products/services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer/Client issues in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer/Client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer/Client needs and improve overall customer/Client experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the customer/Client support department.
- Assist with training new team members and sharing best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer/Client support or similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer/Client support software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
