Durjara Sports Pvt. Ltd. is committed to developing grassroots sports talent and building a strong foundation in Olympic-recognized sports across schools and academies. We are currently looking for dynamic and dedicated **Female Volleyball Coaches** to join our expanding team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured volleyball coaching sessions for school/academy students
- Train players in core skills, tactics, and fitness
- Prepare and manage school teams for inter-school and district-level competitions
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and discipline
- Ensure student safety and promote team values

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a volleyball coach or competitive player (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Good communication and mentoring skills
- Certification in sports coaching/physical education (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to inspire and manage young athletes (age 7-18)
