**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with sports background can apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular volleyball coaching sessions for school/academy students.
- Teach fundamental skills: serving, passing, setting, spiking, blocking, defense.
- Create weekly and monthly training plans.
- Organize internal matches and prepare players for tournaments.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and motivation during sessions.
- Coordinate with school/sports coordinators and submit progress reports.

E**ligibility**:

- Background in Volleyball (player or coaching experience)
- Coaching certificate preferred (optional).
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for traini.ng youth and developing talent.
