Hockey Coach

*Job Description*

*Responsibilities*

Lead practices and training sessions across multiple sports

Develop age-appropriate and skill-level-appropriate drills and activities

Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment

Serve as a role model for female athletes

Track athlete progress and provide feedback

Coordinate with parents, staff, and other coaches

Ensure safety guidelines and proper sportsmanship are always followed

Support at games, tournaments, or events as needed

*Qualifications*

Experience coaching youth in at least two sports (e.g., basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc.)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Passionate about youth development and sports education

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

*Background check required*

Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field

Coaching certifications (e.g., USSF, NFHS, ASEP, etc.)
