Job summary

Key Responsibilities
- **THIS POSITIN IS FOR MULASHI,PUNE VAADI LOCATION **:

- **On-Site Supervision**: Supervise the day-to-day activities of construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of work according to project timelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- **Safety Management**: Implement and monitor site safety protocols to ensure the safety of all site personnel and compliance with legal and company standards.
- **Progress Reporting**: Prepare and present regular progress reports to management, highlighting any challenges and proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
- **Software Proficiency**: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision, particularly within the residential real estate sector.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a similarly relevant discipline.
- **Technical Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of construction management processes and safety regulations.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a construction team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
