Accounts Office Administrator

Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate site supervisors and staffs arrangements for day to day project completion.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-bills, and track consignments.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile labours, clients and vendor bills
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and documentation.
- Collaborate with external auditors and facilitate the audit process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Two wheeler must.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and company information.
