Raisoni Group is actively hiring for Soft Skills Trainer.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelors/ Master’s degree of Arts in English, Communication or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- 0 or 5+ years of Demonstrated experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar role.
- Profound understanding of various soft skills and a proven ability to effectively teach and develop these skills in others.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing training tools, multimedia, and e-learning platforms.
- Certifications in training methodologies or relevant soft skills areas are highly valued.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**-**
- Strategize and execute comprehensive training programs specifically designed to address the identified soft skill needs of our participants.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training content accordingly.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and webinars covering a spectrum of soft skills topics like communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, etc.
- Assess the efficacy of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics to measure skill enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, HR personnel, and departmental heads to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Provide personalized coaching or mentoring sessions to participants
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
