**Job Profile**:

- Prepare invoices for sale orders and sending them to clients.
- Sending the client payment links.
- Recording the payments.
- Booking the WeFast or any delivery partners for orders.
- Coordinating with the couriers and clients about delivery.
- Coordinate with the bakery kitchen about timely dispatches etc.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The roles and responsibilities of working as a Customer Service Executive in a Bakery Cloud Kitchen, Cafe Outlet, and Retail Store involve managing various aspects of Client Service.
- **Valued Clients**: Interacting with clients to understand their needs, taking orders addressing concerns or complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the bakery’s products and services.
- **Delivery Partners**:Coordinating with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
- **Bakery Kitchen Staff**:Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and addressing any operational issues within the kitchen.
- **Bakery Manager/superiors/Accounts Dept**: Reporting to any collaborating with bakery managers or superiors to provide updates on client feedback, and reports. Operational challenges, and suggestions for improvement. They may also assist in implementing new strategies or procedures to enhance client satisfaction and streamline operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
