**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **

1. Create demand for new product launches by convincing the B2B channel partners 2. Identify new customers through primary + secondary research 3. Analyse sales data and identify sales opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling 4. Ensure to complete TAT on a daily basis 5. Capture payments on time to ensure BAU for new products and repeat orders 6. Fix daily challenges of B2B customers w.r.t account management

**Skills Needed:

- **
- Analytical Thinking: Be able to look at excel data and identify trends and take BD decisions accordingly. -Negotiation Skills: Be able to understand how to convince the customer by cutting through the excuses and pushing compelling points to close sales. -Process Oriented: Should have strong compliance capability to aggressively follow the defined processes, KRAs and SOPs. -Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of Field Sales, Inside Sales or Business development experience in any field. -Mindset: Desire to excel in Sales profile, and build a lustrous career. Plus willing to roll your sleeves and create sales impact. -Problem Solver: Strong ability to find solutions to issues and implement them independently instead of sitting on them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
