Skillshalla Technologies Llp is engaged in providing AI based career counselling and skill development services to students and youth in the age group of 13yrs - 25yrs. Our major focus is in tier-2 to tier 4 cities, towns almost all districts of India. Till date we have counselled more than 12000+ students and youth. Our counselling services are provided under the brand name of **Careerguideai.**

Responsibilities of a **Career Counselor Cum Coordinator**
- Help client in Career Exploration and Assessment
- Provide Individual Counselling and Guidance
- Support students in Resume Writing and Job Search Skills
- Promote Career Development Workshops and Programs
- Update Educational and Occupational Information
- Collaboration and Referrals with schools, colleges, and Universities
- Professional Development via training and Networking

**Education**: Any Graduate

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years in Career Counselling or working with student admission or course counselling Preferred. People from edtech counselling or sales field are preferred.

**Required Skill**

Good communication skills and Analytical skills. Knowledge of Hindi, English and local language is mandatory.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: Immediate joiners will be preferred in selection process.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
