Roles & Responsibilities:

- Should have rich fresher or experience of inside sales and driving admissions in skills education space.
- Convert student (inquiry / leads) into admission.
- Counsel students and apprising them with program features, pedagogy, curriculum.
- Clarify and handle questions about course, program selection, and career planning.
- Having discussions with parents/other counselors and clarifying their doubts.
- Work with the marketing team to help them drive more traffic and generate more leads.
- Actively tracking and following up on potential leads.
- Maintaining daily MIS reports.
- Very good communication skills, fluent in both English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Must be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimum guidance.
- Attitude to work in a start-up environment.
- Experience of working with an education company is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalyan, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
